A:Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery too the UK is free, you can pay extra faster delivery!

Q: How do i pay ?
A: At the moment we using Paypal you can pay by cheque if you prefer but items wont be sent until payment has cleared.

Q:  What is your returns policy?
A: A full refund will be given (less postage) upon receipt of the goods.
String2win will only refund the postage back to you if we have made a mistake, i.e. sent out the incorrect item and will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered. The product must be in an unused state and in its original packaging. Returns must be sent to us within 7 days.
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Goods that have been damaged through use may be returned and we will gladly forward them to the manufacturer on your behalf.
